Because everything is made to order, we can’t accept returns for wrong sizes or change of mind—so please double-check sizing before purchasing. Damaged or misprinted items will be replaced with photo proof within 7 days of delivery.

All of our merchandise is made to order—created especially for you once your purchase is placed. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect sizing or a change of mind. Please read the following carefully before placing your order:

Damaged or Misprinted Items

We take pride in the quality of our products. In the rare event that your item arrives damaged or misprinted, we will gladly replace it at no additional cost.

To process a replacement:

1. Email us at giagunnmerch@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.
   
2. Include your order number and clear photos showing the damage or misprint.
   
3. Once verified, a replacement will be sent to you promptly.
   

Please note: We do not offer refunds—replacements will be issued for qualifying claims.
